These terms apply to your use of this website only. The care of your pet during a stay with us — including vaccination requirements, drop-off and pick-up, medication, veterinary authorization, and our responsibilities to you and your pet — is governed by the boarding agreement you sign at our facility. Where the two documents overlap, the signed boarding agreement controls.

This site is informational. It lets you read about our services and send us a message or a booking request; it does not process payments.

Submitting the form on our booking page sends us a request. It is not a reservation and does not guarantee a spot. We will follow up by phone or email to confirm availability, discuss your pet's needs, and finalize the stay. Your reservation exists only once we have confirmed it with you directly.

Please give us accurate information about your pet. Details like breed, age, medication, and temperament help us provide safe care, and we rely on what you tell us.

Rates shown on our pricing page are current at the time of publication and may change. Holiday periods, extended stays, and additional services may affect the final cost. We will confirm the price that applies to your stay before it begins.

When using this site, please do not:

• Submit false, misleading, or abusive information through our forms.
• Submit someone else's contact details as your own, or send us requests on their behalf without their knowledge.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the site, or attempt to circumvent any of its security or anti-abuse protections.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or overload the site, or to submit our forms.
• Upload or transmit anything malicious, unlawful, or infringing.

The text, photographs, logos, and design on this site belong to Barkley Suites and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please ask before reproducing our photos or content elsewhere.

If your pet appears in a photo on this site and you would like it removed, contact us and we will take it down.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of every inaccuracy. Information here — including rates, hours, and service descriptions — may change, and the details we confirm with you directly take precedence over what a page displays.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind regarding this website, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

This disclaimer covers the website itself. It does not apply to any product or service you buy from us, and it does not limit any warranty or remedy you have under the Kansas Consumer Protection Act.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barkley Suites is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This section limits liability arising from the website; it does not limit our obligations regarding the care of your pet, which are set out in your signed boarding agreement and governed by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms waives or limits any right or remedy you have under the Kansas Consumer Protection Act, and nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. If you live outside Kansas, your state may give you similar protections, and parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update, change, or remove parts of this site at any time, and we may revise these terms. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this website will be brought exclusively in the District Court of Ellis County, Kansas, or in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, and you and Barkley Suites each consent to those courts hearing it. This does not prevent either of us from bringing a qualifying claim in small claims court.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the smallest extent necessary, and the rest of these terms will remain in full effect. If we do not enforce a provision right away, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
